Questions
What is in a Roofory Measure report?
Total roof area and squares, pitch for every roof face, a waste table with a suggested waste factor, and estimated ridge, hip, valley, rake, eave, and flashing lengths, with length, pitch, and area diagrams. You get it on screen, as a PDF, and by email.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining the Roofory Network is free, and members get 10 roof reports every calendar month with no card needed (unlimited through October 31). Need more? Members see their options after signing in, and Roofory dealers get unlimited reports included.
How do I cancel?
Use the cancel link in any Roofory Measure email or on this page, or just reply to any of our emails and we will cancel it for you the same day.
How accurate are the measurements?
Area, squares, and pitch come from 3D aerial data. Line lengths are estimates and include an allowance for small features aerial data can miss, so verify on site before ordering ridge cap, drip edge, and flashing. Each report shows a confidence rating and flags trees or old imagery that can affect it.
