Rooflow LLC DBA Roofory ("Roofory," "we," "us") operates roofory.com and connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form or talk with our team, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, property address, and information about your roof or your roofing business. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and advertising identifiers such as UTM, Google, or Meta click IDs) through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm roof inspections and follow up afterward.
- To share a homeowner's request with the Roofory contractor serving their area so that contractor can perform the inspection.
- To evaluate and communicate with contractors who apply to join the network.
- To send the text messages and emails you've agreed to receive.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we may send appointment reminders, confirmations, and other messages by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the Roofory contractor serving your area (for homeowner requests), with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, phone, and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing info@roofory.com.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
