How many appointments does your goal take?
Put in the number you want to hit this year. We'll work backward to the roofs, inspections, and booked appointments you need every week, season by season, because spring and summer carry most of the year.
| Quarter | Share of revenue | Revenue | Roofs / month | Appts / week |

Questions
How does the math work?
Yearly goal ÷ average job = roofs to sell. Roofs ÷ your close rate = inspections you need to run. Inspections ÷ the share of appointments that actually happen = appointments you need booked. Each quarter is 13 weeks, so we spread those appointments across the year by season.
Why is the weekly number different by quarter?
Roofing is seasonal. We assume Q2 and Q3 each bring in 35% of your year's revenue and Q1 and Q4 split the other 30% (15% each). So spring and summer need far more appointments a week than winter. If you only plan on the yearly average, you fall behind in peak season and can't make it up in the slow months.
What if I can't book that many appointments?
You have two levers: more at-bats or a higher close rate. Roofory books guaranteed appointments for one roofer per territory. Raising your close rate means every appointment is worth more; the 2-minute sales diagnostic shows where your appointments are slipping.
What close rate should I use?
Your close rate on inspections you actually run. 20% is the target on our dealer scorecard; strong in-home sales teams run 30% or better.
