    Questions

What is the Home Doctor Score?

Your demo rate plus your close rate. Demo rate is how often a rep delivers the full presentation on an appointment they run. Close rate is how many of those demos sign. The Home Doctor benchmark is 75% demo + 50% close = 125. Anything over 120 is strong.

What counts as a signed agreement?

A finalized contract, a signed insurance contingency, or a signed finance contingency. It credits the rep for getting the homeowner to yes, even if insurance or financing finalizes later.

    Where does this come from?

The Home Doctor Sales System, the in-home appointment process taught in the Roofer Advancement Community and The Syndicate Mastermind. Its nine steps spell TECHNIQUE: Trust building, Explore the property, Condition diagnosis, History & heritage, Narrate install expectations, Illustrate the remedies, Question for commitment, Understand pricing & payments, Easy paperwork.

What if my numbers are already strong?

Then your problem usually isn't closing, it's at-bats. Roofory gives one roofer per territory a guaranteed number of booked inspection appointments every week.
