These terms govern your use of roofory.com, operated by Rooflow LLC DBA Roofory ("Roofory"). By using the site you agree to them.

What Roofory does

Roofory connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors in our network. Roofory is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. Any inspection, estimate, or contract for work is between you and the contractor.

Free inspections

Homeowner inspections arranged through Roofory are free and carry no obligation to purchase. Contractors set their own prices for any work you choose to have done.

Contractor standards

We vet contractors and hold them to network standards, but we do not guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, or insurance outcomes. Please review any contract, license, insurance, and warranty before you sign.

Text messages

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Roofory about your appointment and, if you separately consent, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Contractor program

Participation in the Roofory dealer program is governed by a separate written dealer agreement. Pricing and program details on this site are summaries; the dealer agreement controls.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Site content is owned by Roofory and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roofory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any contractor.
